Mother's Day Scrapbooking 2009

Mother's Day is around the corner. There is still time for you to make your mom a scrapbook. Here are some pretty scrapbook papers that I thought you might like. The pretty, feminine papers - especially those with floral designs - would appeal to my mom. So, that is what I picked to show in this blog post!

First are some BasicGrey collection packs with pretty floral patterns and coordinated dots, stripes and othe designs in what I consider good Mother's Day colors. I've shown 12 x 12 paper packs, but you can find the 6x6 packs here: BasicGrey Paper Packs & Pads

BasicGrey - 12 x 12 Sugared Collection Pack - This has some warm hues and a vintage quality that is nice.

BasicGrey - Porcelain Collection - This collection pack is a softly toned set of patterened papers.

I had to add these single sheets of paper examples from Anna Griffin - they look like wallpaper or fabric for elegant sofas!

Anna Griffin - Flora Collection - 12 x 12 Paper - Flora Botanical Plum

Carolee's Creations Adornit - Mother Collection - Scrapbook Paper - Life's Blessings says it all, so many nice words we all should tell our Mothers
The florists tell us to "say it with flowers." I say, do the same with your srapbooks for Mother's day. It's really not about the paper you use, though - it's about the time and care you put into making something nice as a present to honor your mom!
